6 peeps working. Had to wait for 7 minutes to place a walk in order. Food was OK not the freshest. Son went up to count for bbg sauce they just looked at him so I had to go to counter to ask for bbq sauce. Bad service here.
I had bought two orders of the 12 count nugget meals, drove all the way home and realized there was only seven in each box, came all the way back because the manager said I could get a whole new box of 12 nuggets after she had said, I know they look small, but there’s 12 in there, there really were seven and I took a picture. Then I asked if I could get a drink for the trouble and she said well I’m giving you a whole 12 nuggets. like OK that is literally what I paid for and didn’t receive but go off I guess.
I don’t know who this girl thinks she is at the drive-through window tonight on February 16. The KFC especially this location used to be the absolute best when it came to customer service. This location has been by far our favorite location for years because of how it has been ran it’s usually always very clean, and Everyone is so nice but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at this KFC or any KFC for that matter I tried to order a family meal which is not a digital exclusive on the app. I do know the difference... read more
