My shift had just ended, i was exhausted and extremely hungry. I had decided to go to KFC to get a basic tender meal.. imagine my disappointment when i get home and my chicken is as hard as jerky. Im just disappointed, my chicken pieces were very thin and VERY burnt. Ive never had an experience like this before at this KFC so I’m assuming it was just a bad day for them.. but that still doesn’t take away my disappointment. I hope i receive better service in the future

I waited in drive thru for 15 min behind another car, the car in front had to yell are you ready at the speaker just for them to ask what they wanted, I go around to go in and was immediately helped, but there are 4 girls and. Guy in there working, 2 girls was in there playing and calling each their names and cussing, while the cook was nowhere to be found and his timer was going off. Idk used to love this place but might be driving to the further one from here on out.
