I ordered a 3 PC chicken tender meal & got 4 huge pieces of chicken. I wonder who's food I received. Also, the girl at the drive thru wasn't very personable.
This place use to be good.Last visit chicken tasted just like the old grease they cooked it in.A shame that management allowed this kind of product to be sold.I would suggest you check your food before leaving.
Use the KFC app to place an order for a family meal on Father's Day. Got home and realized that I was short two pieces of chicken. Went back to the John C Calhoun Drive KFC in Orangeburg where I got it from and spoke to the manager Ms. Coleman. She gave me the chicken that I was shorted and compensated me for the trouble with my choice of an extra side. Nice hard-working lady so I can't fault them for being human and she made it right.
Chicken was greasy and was not fully cooked, 80% of the time the food comes out like this and have to take the loss
