They confirmed my order was complete, but item was missing. I was tired after work, so I checked when I got home. I went to KFC hungry and tired, and brought the receipt to show what they missed. The young people at the store looked at me like I was crazy and one employee just said "oh" then begrudgingly gave me the item and walked away. No sorry or nothing for my time as I was already starving. Not good customer service.
I went in with a friend at lunchtime and they were extremely busy. There was a woman, I think was the manager who ran the drive thru window and the counter and was working so I credibly hard. She gave amazing service and the food was delicious.
