By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The employee working the counter was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. If he hates his job that much, he shouldn’t be taking it out on customers. There’s no excuse for treating people with that level of disrespect. Customer service was terrible, and the entire experience was ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
not the place to go to they will take $ from you and say they gave you all your change have you wait for 20 minutes while checking the register after telling the manager she put the money in her pocket never again I contacted corporate I know this place is a franchise but corporate can still get involved please be sure to make sure you count your change and food worse of the worse here if you want KFC go to Cal Oaks location way better and very professional there
