Deplorable. I should have never stepped foot inside after seeing how unkept the outside was. Cigarette butts and trash all over the parking lot. The doors have electrical tape holding the handles together. I looked at the buffet before ordering and it looked ok. I was just in town visiting and we don't have KFC buffet where I'm from. Once I got my food I was sorry. The chicken was dried out and the skin was greasy, even the sweet potatoes tasted like a tin can, the gravy was thick and cold. Just awful. Waited for 10 minutes no biscuits
I wasn't going to complain. Sometimes people have bad days. I waited for a bit for service after an employee spoke up about me standing there. The young lady seemed to be preoccupied with whatever their conversation was in the back. When my food was bagged the young lady tossed it on the counter and said nothing just walked away. Her co worker was kind enough to tell me to have a good day. Then when I got to work with my food which was old could not worth what I paid. I had no silver ware to eat with.
