Ordered a 12 piece online family meal last night and it made my fiance sick and it made my dog sick I don’t give my dogs human food that often so this was a treat for her and when i called the store I was told I’d have to call corporate on a refund and I did and I have to wait on a refund but that’s fine just letting you all know that and when I made the order online I told them my pick up time was for 3:30 just to be told I’d have to wait for my order until 4:30 and the lady who was speaking on the headset was just absolute... read more
Fire everyone and start over.
Food was good as it normally is, but the restaurant was filthy, down to and including the poop covered toilet seat in the men's room. Not cool Colonel.
Slow service. If they tell you to wait it’s never going to be that time frame. Very horrible service. It is about 10 cars pulled down waiting for an hour this particular day.
I truly love "Kentucky fried chicken" < > 🤨but damnit man!!!🫤 every time I order the 12 piece family meal, i end up with 2, 2 thighs and 8 dried up breast! Other than that everything else is AWSOME!!! From now on I'm specifically requesting no breast. I used to be asked white, dark or mixed. I should be accommodated with a free family meal.🥹 🥧
