Received very old food. I won't be going back and I can't recommend this place to anyone.
Placed a pickup order at 8:30, drove into town to pick it up at 9. This is after the app saying my food was prepared and ready for pickup. The guy at the speaker then told us that they close at 9:30 and wouldn’t be able to fulfill our order…what? Whoever owns this franchise needs to rethink who he has working because it’s just unacceptable. I know they could’ve made our food with ample time. Colonel Sanders will be disappointed…now I’m struggling to get a refund

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the KFC in Hueytown. The food quality was terrible—my Famous Bowl came with corn so dried out it was clearly old and should never have been served. When I asked to speak with a manager to address the issue, I was told there was no manager in the building. That alone speaks volumes about how this location is being run.
