If I could give a zero on service I would it’s a shame what fast food will allow their workers to do and say nowadays.
We order our food through the drive-through. They said pull around five minutes for apple poppers almost 20 minutes later we still haven’t received our order we had to go Inside and still had to wait and the supposed manager was very rude and very unclean and unprofessional with a shirt that didn’t fit him and his bare stomach showing and never apologize for our wait. Their food is disgusting.
I didn't order the fried fly that was attached to my chicken.
I tried to give them a 2nd chance and it was AWFUL. Got the order wrong and for the love of God what is wrong with my Lightning Mountain Dew!!?!?
I just had the worst meal I've ever had from Western Ave KFC. The only thing good to say about this restaurant is the man who works the window in evenings. The lunch window female is awful and they know she is. Oops, I'm getting off track. I can't believe I got such a horrible meal tonight.
