Visited recently based on suggestion from Grok that they have the best fries. ..There was a slight hiccup as my mobile order did not flow thru their system and had to remind the team about the order after waiting for 25 min but once they got the order in their system, they made sure I got the food in less 5 min.. I really wish they would get the Original Honey BBQ right consistently. Some times it’s like a runny glaze and the some times it’s the thick sticky honey BBQ sauce which is what I thought it should be. It is such a gamble going to this place. I am not even sure they read these reviews or even do anything when you send them comments. It seem like ever KFC in the area can get more than 3.5 stars and that’s really sad.

The girl at the counter was polite and professional. I didn't get her name. She was also very helpful with the gentleman in front of me who wasn't quite sure what he wanted. I get great service and great food every time I go. I will definitely return.
