08/18/25, lowering my review because we ordered through the app for the $15+ free 8 piece bucket and was told that was only on Tuesdays. Calling corporate cuz we getting false info here in Laveen AZ. Unlike most restaurants in Laveen, at the moment this KFC stands out. The young ladies who were working here the last few times we went through the drive-thru were extremely polite and courteous. Definitely a breath of fresh air for Laveen and speaks well to their management/training.
I placed a online order and pick up was at 6pm. I arrived on time. Waited 30min and asked when my order will be done. They apologized and said they will get to my order. At 7:13pm they asked if I had my order and they had to take a picture of the order, because they accidently erased my order by 7:30pm l finally received my order. It took 1hour and a 1/2 for me to get my order. I got home and the chicken and breads were burn and hard. My family and I had disgusting food. I don't recommend this place to no one. This place does not take good care to make the food properly. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches. The place was not that busy. But when they made my sandwich, they just lathered on as much mayonnaise as I could possibly accidentally splash all over it. I had to take a knife and scrape most of it out. Folks, we are paying way too much for this food. These two sandwiches were like almost $14. What a waste stop cheating us.
