The girl at the counter was polite and professional. I didn't get her name. She was also very helpful with the gentleman in front of me who wasn't quite sure what he wanted. I get great service and great food every time I go. I will definitely return.
2nd time coming here and the lady at the drive thru has no type of customer service whatsoever, she won’t say a word to you. As a decent human being at least say you’re welcome. Yall need to move her to the back.
Just don’t get how I order a simple meal Honey BBq tenders and a Honey bbq sandwich and they can’t even get that right. I start to ask myself if these people wash up or brush their teeth correctly everyday
The wait time for food is unbelievable. They’re not understaffed. There’s about 5 people walking around in the kitchen area. Nobody dining in nobody in the drive-through. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes out front.
