I’m a Doordasher, I went for an order to pick up and this older Hispanic lady told me my order wasn’t ready because she had drive thru orders first. I waited an hour came back to her saying someone picked up the order already, not true because I still have the order on my phone. The manager came over told him the situation he ignored the situation. They told me that’s wrong orders get picked up everyday and the can’t do nothing.
