This location has went down hill over the last year or so. For that reason, I usually make the further drive to Canal. My Gravy for my mash potatoes is solid and looks like beans all the way through. This location does not care about what they serve you. Never again.
This place is horrible placed my order in drive thru the person left me hanging so I had to speak up to get a response to complete my order. Waited 20 minutes on a 16 piece meal to not get two of my sides and the food was burnt and gravy looked disgusting and chunky! I know it’s ideal to check the bag but Shouldn’t have to people should simply follow directions! It was a 60 dollar order not cheap I’m Pissed.
The store is very clean. I went there a few times and I never had an issue. The GM and the co manager They’re always so nice to me when I come. I feel Welcome. I want to say I really appreciate the store. I’ve been to a few other KFC’s and they’ve been trash. This is the best KFC I’ve been to and I’m gonna keep coming back. I got there at least once a week now just because of those two people I never have To wait for nothing. Always get greeted and I see happy faces when I come. The manager is very rude came in to pick up a order told me the order would takes sometime , as soon as i go out the door to sit back into my vehicle in the dash app said the customer order was ready . So i go back in to hear the order is still being made so i asked why did you hit the order was ready because it affects me as a dasher like I'm sitting there with the customer order she got smart so i called her out her name .
