Supervisor was excellent with issues the kitchen was having. So kind and helpful. I didn't catch her name. Thank you for being so kind even with all the staff issues. You're a professional and happy you work at our kfc.
The food is decent enough and that gets the 2 stars. The service not so much. That took away from the total rating.
Tried to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I was ok that they were short staffed, so I came inside. Mobile order was ready, great. However, the fries were hard, old, and crunchy....all of them. I would have waited for fresh fries. Someone please help this store out and staff it properly.
Excellent customer service
Groups order was disgusting. Soggy chicken sandwich. Old, over cooked, and tiny chicken tenders with soggy old fries, completely missing the 2 piece meal ordered, and a famous bowl that's chicken were like a rock. DON'T EVER GET FOOD FROM HERE! McDonalds (which I can't stand), is a far better option
