I love this KFC the staff is friendly and the manger is awesome! I placed an only order my order was ready on time, the on ly issue is had was with the digital coupon fries and queso, which was incorrect the manager was very professional and advised me this is what she was told to give and I would need to cancel order using the app, I was not able to cancel the order therefore I contacted corporate and explained the issue and my problem was resolved. They gave me someone else’s food, no where near what I ordered. I called to see if they could make it right and the person was rude! Their customer service has definitely gone down hill. Do not go to this location
avoid this place gets worse by the day.
