The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. I did not feel comfortable letting them prepare my food so I left. The manager needs to teach the employees how to treat customers with respect. I will not be returning.
Me and my fiancée were working in Sumter last night and we decided we want ed chicken I placed the order at 9:19 pm.I ordered the 12pc bucket. When we arrived to pick it up at around 9:40 pm we were informed that all they had was extra crispy chicken my fiancee wanted to add sides he wanted 2 biscuits and Mac n cheese. They told him they didn't have Biscuits they were out and they have us the mac and cheese no charge but they gave us no napkins nor any utensils.
Why are the Chicken Sandwiches and Chicken Nuggets so small for the price? That's Crazy!!!
Stopped in this past Sunday night, we were the last walk in customers for the night. To our surprise, our build a bucket was PERFECT!!! The service was friendly, the food was Hot and not over cooked. A Great Big Thank You to the Sunday night staff. Ya'll were amazing!!!
