I could not understand the person working the drive thru window and kept repeating what I wanted. The lady at the window was very rude, probably the one working the speaker at the drive thru. I had ordered the 12pc extra crispy family meal and when I got home to look at my meal I had received a 9 pc original chicken meal. I had ordered the family meal for a reason and it not cheap. Customer service is very important to me so for that and being cheated on the meal, I will not be back there.
Waited 45 min in the drive through for an online order. Slow as heck don’t come here
Door dashing and I waited an hour for nuggets for a customer the manager did half ssa apologized then didn’t waist anytime throwing the cooks under the bus by blatantly blaming them if you live near this location don’t order from kfc because your order will most likely come from them
Not enough servers for customers and food was terrible. Staff friendly but way overworked
