Spent $30 on a pickup order, they forgot to put the sauces in the bag.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s very clean inside even the restrooms! The manager was hustling out orders one after another and her crew was very courteous and nice. All of them deserve recognition and praise for the outstanding job they are doing. And the food was good! Please keep up the good work and we’ll keep coming back. Thank you!!!
I come to Galesburg every week for work and have a 30 minute break. This is the second time of end of the Galesburg KFC... And each time they were blazing fast giving me my food. The second time they were so fast I still had my debit card in the machine and my food was already up! I don't think I've ever seen a fast food restaurant being as fast as this KFC. Kudos to a great team! Y'all definitely have it together and I will be coming here every week for lunch from now on!
