Service was great. Super friendly and fast. Food was good however KFC as a company really need to stop being greedy. When im paying $7-8 for a famous bowl it would be great if the bowl was actually full and had more than 3 piece of bite size chicken. This was a meal for a child not an adult.
My experience at this KFC location was disappointing and upsetting. The customer service was very poor—employees didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I approached the counter, the employee looked at me as if I wasn’t a customer. What made it even more alarming was the contrast in how I was treated. Another Spanish customer walked in, and the employee quickly jumped to her order and got her served much faster. This difference in treatment was heart breaking and left me concerned.
