Walked in on 7/24 at about 8pm and ordered 16 pieces of chicken and 4 sides and had to wait 26 minutes for my order. Potato wedges was overcooked and dry after all that time and had to exchange them for coleslaw. I understand things can be overwhelming sometimes but a half hour for a fast food order while I watched several people order and eat their food and walk out during my wait is totally unacceptable.

Today, May 30th, I had a pickup order, and when I went inside, I grabbed my order as I usually do. A Black woman who seems to be Haitian handed me my drink with attitude, as if I did something to her. I looked in the bag and saw there were no napkins. When I looked up at the counter to get some, she quickly grabbed the napkin dispenser. When I asked her for some napkins, she responded with attitude and asked if there were no napkins in the bag.
