Everything was awful. I ordered online and they gave me a meal like it was for a dog: cold fries, an incomplete and poorly prepared order. I asked for no pickles and it seems like they added extra. I frequent that KFC a lot, but I know that at this hour the service isn't the same as during the day. I hope everything is in writing.
Went through the drive through. The sign was so dim i couldn't read anything. I ordered a 4pc tender meal with fries. The food came out. Suspiciously fast, but the staff was polite and helpful. The chicken tasted like it was cooked an hour ago and the fries two hours ago. At this point it's my fault for expecting anything more. Customer service here is nonexistent. If you order online don’t bother going inside just go through drive thru to avoid the wait and also make sure you double check your food cause these folks will argue about what they messed up on your order
