Been twice. First time was a while back, ordered in the app, waited in the drive thru to pick up my order, was told i have to go inside to get the order. Food was standard kfc. Nothing out of the ordinary, just annoying because some magical barrier exists that doesn't allow for people to recieve a app order they have already paid for. This KFC is connected with a Taco Bell. I went there tryin to order me some Taco Bell. But the young lady could not hear me well and I could not hear her well thru the intercom. Anyway after I order, and I was the only car at the time.... she asked me to pull up so I wouldn't run the time up I ordered another drink, but as I waited on my food I still never got my extra Pepsi! I also was missing the chips that went with the queso!!
