Horrible experience tonight - took 40 min to get a 2 piece meal. Nobody communicated that they had no chicken ready - even though the name of the place has the word chicken in it!!!!!! Lobby filled up - tempers were high very unprofessional and where was the manger …. HIDING letting their employee at the front counter take the brunt of the angry customers! People couldn’t even get a refund because manger was hiding!!! Do better Kentucky Fried!!!
All of the staff are incredibly rude. We were told upon arrival that our food would be out soon. We had ordered 30 minutes prior. After waiting 30 minutes we brought up that we had food waiting and wanted a refund. The staff waiting on us was dismissive and accused us of lying. We decided to let bygones be bygones and figure it out over the app. Despite that I am very disappointed in the customer service and think you should train the staff accordingly.
Every time I come here it’s an issue, I’m so frustrated I order an extra biscuit and sauce but didn’t get any of it. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last I will not be stopping here any longer staff doesn’t even care about it I called and they just said “ It’s ok “ and hung up on me

The chicken from this palace of culinary excellence can only be described as an occult object. The taste and texture will infect your dreams like a virus. I warn you, because I have not been able to stop thinking about it and it's been decades. I say decades, because this wonderful example of perfection gives you superhuman powers. I haven't aged at all after eating a double dookie dunk it bucket, I have telekinesis, and it even cured my homosexuality, so there is a downside.
