It’s basic fast food. I got what I would expect for food quality. The wait time for the food was kind of long but I do understand that it’s hard to find good reliable workers. They did their best. Professionalism was what is expected at fast food restaurants with teenager managers. I rather see the workers and young managers laughing and getting along because that makes the day less stressful and brings better service to customers. I really hate writing negative reviews, but after two separate experiences at the KFC in Brooklyn, CT, I feel compelled to share. About a month ago, I ordered a family meal deal and forgot to mention that I didn’t want wings included. When I got to the window, I apologized for not saying it earlier and politely asked if I could swap the wings for something else. I even offered to pay the difference. I made an order for a later pick up time. I received a text message saying my food was ready to pick up almost 45 minutes before arranged time to pick up (have screen shots with time stamp) when I went to pick up my order at the time chosen and asked to speak to a manager and explained my concerns. The manager "Holly" said she had just put my food out herself and it was fresh (not sitting on the counter for 45 minutes) -Holly lied, the food was cold to the touch and was not the correct order.
