Mediocre food.Slow service.
Just had the best dinner at KFC. 3pc chicken, slaw, mashed potatoes and biscuit were excellent!! The chicken breast was as juicy as the dark pieces.
Chicken is dry . Over cooked. Why don’t they have to give me all my change back? Just because they don’t have Pennie’s it costs the customer more? Bad customer svc decision!
Assistant manager working tonight was very short with me from the get go. It was almost as if I was bothering her for being there. Zero customer service skills. I asked one question and she said “ya I said that already” in a rude tone. As a senior manager myself she is toxic in that position. Kid who gave me my food was cool.
