The absolute worst customer service. Came to the drive thru to pick up our online, was told to wait inside. Waited another 30mins in the lobby for our food to not have even been started, when the app said it was ready, and the staff was unbelievably rude and overall one of the worst locations to visit.
0/10 recommend. Girl at the drive thru refused to do anything but drive thru orders, even refused to help a senior customer that was asking her a question. I waited patiently for my online order, that said was being prepared, but it wasn’t. It wasn’t until I asked about my order that they started to make it. And flies. So many flies inside the restaurant, while food was sitting out in the open, it was gross. The health inspector needs to visit this establishment asap. I never come here and I was reminded why. Had mobile order, app said order was ready still waited an additional 20mins for my food. Worst part the whole staff let this young kid work the lobby by himself while 7 people in the lobby waiting for there food and the drive thru crew stood and watch and didn’t have any orders, one employee when asked about there order she said I don’t anything about the lobby I’m drive thru. I ordered 3 chicken strips meal. I got two and a half of old dried chicken and an old biscuit. The chicken strips looked like the chicken was anorexic. For $10.00. What a waste of money!! Never again!!!!!’
Ordered an original chicken sandwich for $3.99... the sandwich was lacked flavor and within a hour my stomach was hurting... not going back 👎👎👎
