Stop at KFC in Greenwood bypass 72 no line I ordered a single breast meal and chicken livers it took them 18 minutes to get my order they forgot to drop the livers when I order them in the meantime I watch six people come in and look at the buffet and walk back out the door and the bad thing about it is they had the general manager or regional manager back there working and she still couldn't get it right
Second time I’ve ordered online traveling through. Food is never ready and staff said, “We’ll have to remake your order”. I imagine because the drive-through was backed up. Coming in to pick up my order, it’s a very unpleasant environment with staff yelling at each other. Although there were several staff at the front counter I stood there in view with no one asking me anything! I definitely won’t be back!! I hope the food is at least worth all this!
Yall need to get it together. Was told to pull up from the window, but there was no other customer in the drive thru or inside the building. Waited 20 minutes and finally went inside and asked for my food and was told they were waiting on my chicken sandwich to come up. It does not take 20 minutes to cook a chicken sandwich. When I walked in one employee was eating fries straight out of the bin they take them from with her bare hands, all of them were just standing around bored and two if them said they forgot we were there.... read more
