Short staffed. Ran out of food at the buffet and had to wait. Ran out of paper plates and soda was running out of syrup. Not a good experience at all for the second time
Change the grease. The chicken tastes disgusting.
The employees are rude and the restaurant is ridiculously dirty. The floor was actually sticky. Disgusting.
Ordered one an 8pc bucket with sides & another 6 pc bucket I could drop off to my mama. Pickup my order & the 6pc bucket was missing. I counted the pieces in the bucket I had to figure out which bucket was missing. The bucket only had 7 pieces. Explained this to them. They thought I needed one more piece. I showed them my receipt & explained it again. So I got a bucket but with only 6 pieces. Still missing a piece. This is ridiculous. This is why I don’t come here. I’ve never gotten my order & it be correct
