I hope a Manager reads this. Ok. About 20 minutes ago, I came to the drive thru KFC Bartlett. I proceeded to place an order for a 8-piece meal, crispy chicken. The order taker told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait on chicken. Consistently putting out feel bad food welcome to the worst KFC/Taco Bell conceptualized. We have went to this place several times and have been notably disappointed every time in most aspects. The chicken is hard and somewhat stale, the desserts that should be warm are cold, fries from there are sad and probably more, I've been afraid of going to this place because of how bad it's been so I'm not looking to punish myself any further.
The most overdone chicken I've ever eaten. The taco bell was good
