I'm from Pasco and have to say this chicken was even better then anything I can find in Pasco. Send your manager to Pasco please!!!!!!
Went in ordered a 3 peice meal with mash patatos at 6:40pm on 26th August an told them I wanted white pices extra crispy waited over 25 minutes got my order and it was all dark meat so instead of fixing the order I got the same one back and was told that how it was rung up I told the cashier 3 times I wanted white meat so I t will be awhile before I go back this is the first time I had a problem so it is not normal.
Bartow KFC is the worst. Very slow, I can put in a online order and still have to wait when I get there, sometimes 30 mins or more. Employees are not friendly. The last time I went the girl called my name, put my order on the counter and walked away. No thank you was said, or if I needed anything else.
The customer service is very poor. You are not acknowledged or greeted when you walk in.
KFC has always been my family's favorite for affordable and delicious menu choices - for years! Oh gee, Bartow's KFC Branch totally turned me off. Its lady-manager told me that I couldn't ask for an extra barbecue sauce because each customer is entitled to just one for every order so, tongue-in-cheek, I offered her $2 which she took. Since this branch is closer to my home, I had to pinch my nose and steel my nerves to come in a few days later.
