I ordered a famous bowl while I was eating it. I found plastic wrap in the bowl.
They never have basic stuff and the workers usually sound irritated and rude when taking my order
My husband placed a mobile order. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. He got to the store 20 minutes later. They asked him to pull around. 25 minutes later he went back through drive thru and she told him she didn't know anything about the order. He asked to speak to the manager and she laughed at him. Nobody would help him. He and our hungry kid left there without food. Hopefully, we will get a refund since it was already paid for on the app.
This is the nasty, rudest, worst restaurant I've ever been to after more than 45 minutes I have not received my order but have witnessed 4 employees take smoke breaks and litter. The employees are verbally abusive and really disgusting people. I will NEVER go here again. This is my second visit here and both times have been nightmares!
Went on 7/19/25. Went thru drive thru at 8:50 p.m. was told to pull to front. Sat there until 9:15. Went in to find out what was going on. Never started the order. Manager said I can give you all dark mear. No! Wanted what we ordered. Charged me $44.96. She said they were battering more chicken. It will be 40 mins. I said give me my money back. Didn't leave until about 9:25. Ridiculous! Manager didn't say I'm sorry nothing. On top of that. Only refunded $39.49. So I now have to dispute the other charges.
