Come on New Management. Her name is either Kelsey or Chelsea. I only glanced at the badge once. Last Saturday was a joy and thanks for giving my kids the stickers. The atmosphere, customer service, and food were all on point. My neighborhood KFC.
Horrible place never eat there the people that work there are rude and they never get to orders right
I came in Monday. The restaurant was decorated in a party theme. Balloons. This restaurant is now clean. The service was so much better. My food was fresh and tasted great. I was on my lunch break. Me and the construction crew have now started coming back during lunch. We appreciate the people that are working at this location now. Order was completely wrong and won’t answer phone. Uber driver saw the items were wrong and he said he would tell them.wrong food and didn’t receive a drink or the side we paid for.
Lemmon Ave was a joy. Me and my family dined at the Illinois Ave restaurant a few weeks ago. We dined in the Lemmon Ave restaurant. To our amazement the same manager from the previous store visit is now at this location. As before Chelsea was a joy. I enjoy watching someone that enjoys their job. I think your positive energy is great. You are a gem to kfc Chelsea.
