I went to go buy a bucket of mix 8 pieces I paid $21ish (by the way $2ish per piece too expensive) they told me it included 2 biscuits. When I got home I noticed my 2 biscuits weren't in the bag. I was mad. Called the store 3 times but no one answered. Corporate please do something..
Food is alright. But the biscuits are exceptionally dry
I visited the Lemmon location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited over an hour for my food and never received my order. During that time, I approached the counter several times for an update, but was repeatedly told, "Give me a minute," without any real follow-up. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching numerous customers who arrived after me place their orders, receive their food, eat, and leave while I was still waiting.
