They had us pull up. Waited ten mins. Got tired of waiting then went inside to find out where my food is. It has been sitting on the counter and still not correct. The girl at the counter was helpful. The rest of the crew probably struggles to put their shoes on the correct feet.

This is absolutely ridiculous, I put an order in at 7:55 PM it is 8:30PM and the order still isn’t ready. The staff and managers said it would be 16 minutes more due to the chicken not being ready! It was never even cooked! Or put together. There is no one here in the restaurant or driver thru! What is the point of online ordering. 8:41 my order is finally done….
Over an hour before closing and they were out of chicken tenders and would need 30 to 40 minutes to make more. Nugget mashed bowl was solid enough except for the nuggets Nuggets themselves were absolute trash. Order 12 piece and don't even think I got 12 crumbs much less 12 pieces of chicken. I'm moving about hour away. One last good fast food meal was supposed to be KFC. I ordered 16 pcs meal. 8 breasts and drumsticks. I paid extra. I get home. Received 8 thighs. That's not what I ordered. What are you going to do to make it right.
