Service was terrible. Did an online order and the girl up front said it didn't go through on their end but in the same breath said someone probably took it and they weren't allowed to remake it. So I asked to reorder it I was told no and yelled at saying the cook was on break so I didn't even get my food I paid for.
I waited 27 minutes for 3 tenders I was told would take 5-10 minutes. The workers were rude and unprofessional to several customers and each other. $7 for 3 little tenders is also ridiculous. I do not recommend.
Hoy 19 Julio a las 5pm, me atendieron a mi y familia con mala actitud, entiendo que están Rush pero con esa actitud no van para ningún lado y armas estaban faltos de articulos, y los baños estaban asquerosos, este era uno de mis favoritos, creo que ya no vendré a este KFC
This establishment is a joke. Ordered a $30 online order. Arrive to the store they say they aren’t doing online orders. I received no food and still have no refund 2 days later. Never again!
