Absolutely horrible service. I did an online order. I waited about 7 to 8 minutes at the speaker, kept saying hello, hello, hello, hello, nobody answered finally pulled around to the drive through, she said I was ringing somebody out then she told me to pull around, and wait for my order now we're going on 20 minutes and 3 people have came after me and have gotten their food and I am still waiting There is 5 people in this restaurant working with an empty parking lot. Then give me food that is cold. After waiting 20 minutes

I waited at least 20 minutes for half a dozen biscuits. Yes, the unit does a lot of business on Sunday afternoons, but the management and ownership know that, and it's incumbent on them to train their staff to adapt to that, or failing that to be in the unit themselves getting things done. They're not too good to do a little work. I was also surrounded by customers who were saying they'd been waiting 45 minutes or more for their orders, which is inexcusable.
