Food is getting bad the chicken was hard
My grandma and I decided to have KFC for dinner tonight and it was a disaster. My grandma saw a meal deal displayed on the window but then pulled up to the drive-thru and they said they didn't have it (that's a false advertisement). Then she told them about the sign she saw and they were extra rude when taking her order. The food was amazing Connie was rude unprofessional and I asked for desert she said it 599 or something didn’t check for me ignored me when the order was done she slammed the food on the counter and then proceeded to yell at me to get my food she should be fired.
