Chicken strips were tiny and very over cooked. The fries tasted like the oil was rancid. And the biscuit was like it was days old. Very disapointed for the price i would hope for better. Not going to go to this one ever again!!
Ordered from the app for pickup. When we arrived there was no one in drive thru so we did that and had no issues picking up, super fast. Got the $20 8pc family meal (deals in the KFC app) ...but didn't know till we got home that the 4 sides it comes with were individual sized not for family. No where on the ordering screen or description on order did it say small sides or individual sides. We assumed because it was a bucket of 8pc that the sides were also family sized sides.
