This is the worst kfc I have ever had. Doordashed some the other day, and holy crap. The chicken wasn’t even edible, everything tasted awful. Never again. Needs new management ASAP.
We spent $40 for our chicken bucket to look like this. All the chicken was falling apart and it was almost slimy feeling. Worst experience we’ve ever had here. We couldn’t even eat the chicken it was so awful.
Complete train wreck of a franchise and based upon customer reviews the owners couldn't care less. This place started out bad years ago and has done nothing but get worse. Perfect example of corporate incompetence.
Last week I ordered a family meal. Drove home. No biscuits! I ordered original and got extra crispy. I decided to remove the meat and make chicken salad. So tired of this place. Food is not that good. But in Newcastle we don't have many choices. It disappoints time after time.
