I wouldn’t even give them a star. Manager wants to start cussing about me wanting to pick up my food is very disrespectful. If you don’t like your job just quit!
It took over an hour to get my food said they only have 1 person trained to cook the KFC menu this place is the worst do not recommend
I ordered a 12-piece family meal at 5:29 PM and did not receive my food until 6:30 PM. When I finally got my order, the chicken was only warm and the sides were cold. I asked if my food had been sitting out, and I was told it had not been there very long. I was told someone went out to bring me my food but saw me go back through the drive-thru and didn’t think to bring it to me there. As a result, I sat in the drive-thru for an additional 30 minutes.
