Picked up some extra crispy chicken for lunch and it was awful. The chicken was very dark and super saturated with grease. (I know it’s fried chicken, this wasn’t normal.) It was obvious that it is WAY past time to change the oil in the fryer. You could smell the old burnt grease as soon as you opened the box. Tried to eat a piece but all I could taste is nasty old oil, it coated my mouth, gross! 🤢 I live too far away to drive all the way back so it all went in the trash.
Chicken tasted like is has sat for a while. It was warm, but tasted like the grease needed to be changed. Service was good and staff friendly.
Please help share a warning to all food consumers across this state and your state as well that KFC does not give refunds. So that means if you bite into your food, find something disgusting, lose your appetite, and go up front and say listen I want my money back, they're absolutely not going to give you your money back and then put you and your family through hell trying to get it back and have a manager like the manager at this location be as well and disgusting as a human being as she was to start cursing at me while my c... read more
