Why does it say it closes at 11 PM but when my wife came there before 10 PM it was closed?Very very unprofessional and this location should be shut down permanently
Please don't waste your time coming to this place. Completely the worst experience, ordered online when I went to pickup they claimed they were closed but yet still no refund, WK later still waiting on refund.Smh
I placed an order online and paid for it. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order the person at the drive-thru window said we're closed! It was 6:00pm EST! I couldn't cancel the order to get a refund! I tried reaching out to there so called corporate office regarding a refund for an order that I never received and I'm being told they can't refund me! So I'm just out $26 and still had to find something else to feed my children! I will never give KFC my business again!
