Taking WAY too long to finish my order. On the app it said pick up by 2:10 it is almost 2:30 and I have yet to get my order. On top of that one of workers asked the other one if she was working on my order and she said why would I be working on it right now while I was standing right there waiting.
Kinda confused on how a medium drink from Wendy's is the same size as the large I ordered from kfc just bought it at 10pm
Employees can't read. All online orders are incorrect. Dry old chicken. Nothing is cooked and served fresh. Mac looks like it days old. Wedges are smashed together. Very disappointing. They didn't give us the popcorn chicken we ordered. No one has time to keep running up to the store to get the items the employees can't place in the bag! Management needs to take some responsibility. The reviews reflect your management! 🤷♀️
The chicken was tasty and not as greasy as other KFC'S
