Horrible customer experience with employee Allyson. She had attitude, disrespectful and classless. Hope manager realizes lots of USC students in the area. She needs re-education.
Terrible, picked up an order that was missing chicken pieces. They never answer the phone & the customer service number doe not work leaving people on hold.
The newly updated atmosphere is excellent. But their chicken is too soggy, blend and small. Not a great place for chicken.
