Out of nowhere, I was craving for their Nashville Chicken Tenders and Potato Wedges! So I went and got me some of them spicy yummilicious tenders! I was very happy that: 1. KFC still makes this item!! 2. KFC makes these wedges again!!!! I was so satisfied with the young staffs. They were polite, helpful and have a great service!
Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I have ever had. The food was not delicious, and the customer service was horrible. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of both your dishes and service.
The staff was so rude, dismissive, and had no answers to questions re: specials or the KFC app. They overcharged me, after waiting so long I told them to keep the money. It was ridiculous as there were no other customers and I waited far too long while they all chatted about life. Not surprising this location is void of customers.
The week previously everything was great except the chicken was so salty. It was hard to eat. Yesterday, not so much. I waited over 20 mins to get my order at 10:35am. They were more concentrated on pickup orders and not as focused on the customer there in the store. I'll never go at that time again.
