Kentucky Fried Chicken (also known as KFC) is great when you are on a budget and don't have a lot of time. You can eat there, the place is super clean and comfortable, but we usually get it to go. Parking is free and easy. The service is very nice. They usually get your order right the first time, but do check your box. They don't make mistakes often, but when they do they will make it right. Terrible staffs, terrible location. One of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The employee taking the order kept getting it wrong and then just walked away without explanation. Another employee came with a rude attitude and talked about some “house rule” instead of simply fixing the mistake. If this is the level of customer service here, it honestly makes you think automation can’t come soon enough. Basic professionalism and training seem completely missing at this location.

I want to file a complaint about this place. I ordered six drinks and asked for a drink carrier, but they told me they didn’t have one. I arrived at 10:00 PM, and they close at 11:00 PM. An hour before closing, they told me that half of the menu was not available, even though they were still open for another hour. The employees seem to close the restaurant early on their own and stop preparing food before closing time. The manager should supervise the staff better.
