Got a family meal deal from this location yesterday and one of the nuggets were like this, they made me wait really long after pulling up to the drive thru telling me after to park and they would bring the food. I have no interest in ever visiting this location or another KFC it completely ruined my fast food experience for this chain.
Very unprofessional place the employees were rude and even arguing with each other my husband waited for food for awhile then asked for money back was told no refund ask to speak with manager no help asked for complaint number told it was on receipt NOPE not on there either finally got info and food ..the attitudes in this place were awful will not be going there again ..also spoke will main office will be filling a complaint about them too more chicken places in area with less attitude wish I could rate them below ZERO
I don't understand why these young fast food workers think they can be rude with customers continuously. I went for a 2-piece meal. She says, would you like to try a $7 fill-up? I say, yes I would. Can I get the 2-piece, both legs? Her: a leg and thigh. Me: What about the Taste of KFC? HER: a leg and a thigh. Now by this time I'm getting agitated because they've done this for me several times, so I laugh trying to remain calm in thr face of stupidity and ignorance. The service at this restaurant is horrible. I ordered a 2 piece waited 15 minutes and the rude manager black female with a bald head act like she had an attitude because I was complaining. If you can’t deal with customers find a better job. It should not take 20 minutes for a 2 piece. The customer service is Horrible for a manager
I could tell that the chicken was re-cooked. The bottom of the bucket had a pool of dark brown oil. Which means their fry oil is old and dirty. The chicken was absolutely disgusting.
