I ordered 3 pc original. The chicken was so tough and dry. Money down the drain
What an odd establishment. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken Littles- just the sandwhiches, they were listed at $2.99. I’m told to go to the window for my total and payment…When I get to the window they said it was $5 and some change… I ask if that’s just the sandwhiches and they say yes. I opt to just get the classic sandwich instead (since that’s how much it basically is.) I used the website to place a timed order at 12:30pm to be picked up at 6pm. I went to pick up the food at 6pm, and it was ready when I arrived. When I got home the food was cold, the biscuits were rock hard. It was apparent that they made the food when I placed the order at 12:30pm, so that meant it had been sitting there for over five hours. I drove back to the KFC and requested to have the food remade. I was told very rudely by a manager that I would have to pay for it....again...or I could contact the customer service nu... read more
The store was out of tender and fries but tried there best to accommodate and substituted with nuggets and mashed potatoes and gravy to make up for the unavailable products. Service was fast employees were very nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Even tho they didn't have my original order I was still Happy with my order and service.
