Wow i waited for a Doordash pick up order i don't know how long after i was picking up a Doordash order they made other people's orders first but never made my customer order so I will never eat here or pick up from this location again 😐 If i can give zero stars i will
Just moved in area I love kfc been here a few times never a good experience always out of something sometimes they don't have change 3 in the afternoon and there's a 20 min wait for chicken and not all but some of the workers give you attitude it's like there's no managers everybody just does what they want i will look for a new location
The order said 5-15 minutes and took 30 unacceptable I would rather go to a KFC 5 hours away
I don't think anyone is managing this location. It's under-staffed, under-stocked, and just generally a really bad experience. No customer service training and/or burnt out employees. No consistency in whether you're gonna get fresh food or stuff that's been sitting for hours. You'd better check you're bag before you leave because they sure don't.
