After a long time, decided to try KFC and ordered the Wings & Wedges Box. Received my order without any delays and was impressed with the quality of the food and service in store. The wings tasted great while the nuggets were ok. The only letdowns were not getting the 4 biscuits which I wasn’t able to check while receiving at the store and not getting the food packaged in a box as advertised.But other than that, everything went well and would return again making sure to check the accuracy of the order being received to us.

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. My order was missing items, and the order itself was incorrect. I was offered the opportunity to substitute certain items, which I did take advantage of, but after getting home I realized that items were still missing. On top of that, the food was already cold after just a 10-minute drive home, which was very frustrating. I had a fantastic experience at this KFC! The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made the visit even better. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you expect from KFC. A big shout-out to the management as well for clearly running a tight ship.
