I ordered my food at 7:15. I paid roughly $80 for my order. Almost an hour later, STILL isn't ready. My order was reassigned 3 times now because apparently there are MULTIPLE customers there having issues with their orders. This is completely unacceptable. At this point this store needs to be shut down or the staff needs to be completely changed. Either way, something needs to be done about this

Keep messing up my orders this time charged me 50 cent more to switch your stale mashed potatoes for coleslaw! Still gave me those cardboard, chemical tasting stale mashed potatoes!! I'm pissed off! Stop pushing that off on people! Chicken breast was fatty and not properly cleaned! I might have salmonella! Never going back there, y'all too careless with orders and people's money, what the helly???.
Ordered a bowl and drink! Charged for meal and then charged add’l $15 on my card! Called several times to report the issue! Phone has been busy for several days. Filing police report! Thieves!!!!
Notorious liars work here. They will make you wait and then said someone else got the order.
