Every time I come to this location drive through, you have to wait over 20 - 30 mins after taking your order & eventually end up mixing up your food. It’s so sad. Services are so poor. What’s the essence of the drive through???
I ordered 4 prices of grilled chicken tonight! What i got appeared to be 2 pidgeon wings, an overcooked breast, and a drumstick that appears to belong to the same pigeon! Very disheartening! What is America coming too!
Staff very rude. They pointed to a sign saying they don't accept returns. The all either had no name tags or tried to lie or hide their names. They act like children. I ordered grilled wings they were small and petrified looking like skin on bones. They wouldn't give me the number for corporate and asked if I was finished complaining. Then they slammed the glass door in my face.
