Was told it would take 20 minutes on original chicken. The wait was actually 50 minutes and when I got home I only had 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8. I did not go back because the store was closing soon.

Order a pickup at 7:45 said it will be ready at 8 pm it's 8:31 no food door locked so you can't go inside they are had people food through drive through and I'm still waiting. Sign said they close at 10pm

You know, sometimes you just get a hankering for some good o KFC. It was spot on good. It's always a reliable meal that's priced reasonably and always good. We love the original recipe. The only thing that could be improved is the mashed potatoes. I would be more than willing to pay a little extra to have fresh homemade mashed potatoes. I think most southerners would probably agree. The franchise should try serving homemade and just see what a boost in in sales it would be. Thank you for always having good fried chicken!

Man, when the chicken is freshly cooked, there's nothing better! Although it took a minute to get my food, the wait was worth it. The restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous and the food was great!

I ordered the 8 piece meal original on Feb. 07, 2026 @ 330 pm and paid $33 dollars. The chicken was rubbery, burnt and tasted like the grease they fried it in was a month old. Lesson learned the hard want, very disappointed but the lady working the drive thru was very friendly.
