Manager operating the drive-thru was extremely rude and disrespectful, loudly yelling at me for *gasp* attempting to pick up a mobile order at the drive-thru (like I do any every other fast food restaurant). Forced me to come into the store to grab my order, where he continued to give me attitude and have the gall to tell ME that I needed to “respect people.” Food was mediocre but the service was downright appalling. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chick-fil-a.
Very very extremely slow serving even when they are not busy,
Stood at counter ready to order, employee said just a minute, washed his hand , then proceeded to take baking sheet out of oven , totally ignored us , then to top it off grabbed his cell phone ! Still ignoring us! I never said a word about being about taking are order! Wife and myself walked out never going back ! Really pissed off! Manager needs to fire some help !
Always yummy when I go. Fast too
Waited 45. Minutes for mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw both small single servings. I'm never going back!!!!
