Service was slow. And the chicken tenders were the skinniest I've ever seen. Not what I'd expect from a major well respected chicken franchise.
Drive threw they are always polite and nice, and I only go when i have a doctors appointment or what not. So it isnt all the time. Not from there. And my food is always hot and fresh so I dont mind to wait for fresh out food!!
I gotta say, this KFC was solid. The food hit the spot, and while the service could’ve been a bit quicker, I totally get it. They were juggling drive-thru, counter, and pickup orders, so I can’t blame them. But when I did get my food, it was really good.
I was somewhat surprised that they don't serve spicy chicken. I am from Chicago, so I expect to buy original and spicy. Crispy chicken doesn't have much flavor.
