VERY GOOD SERVICE.
I am disheartened that this KFC location has such a low average rating and I admit that I don't sample much of their menu but my go to order at KFC has to be their Spicy Chicken sandwich. They currently sell it for $3.99 (as of Oct 2025) and you can turn it into a meal (with a side and a drink) for $1.01 more ($5 combo). Everything else on the menu is pretty expensive. While waiting in line for my order I observed Phoebe handling a upset customer about her food order! Phoebe demonstrated excellent customer skills! No eyes rolling, no arguing but handle with saying "Im sorry" and proceed to correct the food order. All customer service ppl ĺneeds to take note!
This place its ridiculous. Apparently every day they open or close at a different hour that doesnt match they posted door or online schedule. Only drive thru? Few of us waited in the lobby for like 10mins to order for a employee to ask if we ordered online or delivery driver? That they are not taking orders at the counter only drive thru. We walk out, but then she proceeds to take some other person order. Dont waste your time coming here.
