The place is filthy...the staff are extremely rude and they tried charging us more for a bucket than what was listed...rip off....after not going there for years...we finally went and ordered a 12 piece meal...got home and only 8 pieces in the bucket....THEY FACE NO CONSEQUENCES!!!

I am disheartened that this KFC location has such a low average rating and I admit that I don't sample much of their menu but my go to order at KFC has to be their Spicy Chicken sandwich. They currently sell it for $3.99 (as of Oct 2025) and you can turn it into a meal (with a side and a drink) for $1.01 more ($5 combo). Everything else on the menu is pretty expensive. While waiting in line for my order I observed Phoebe handling a upset customer about her food order! Phoebe demonstrated excellent customer skills! No eyes rolling, no arguing but handle with saying "Im sorry" and proceed to correct the food order. All customer service ppl ĺneeds to take note!
