Today I decided to dine in relax and enjoy my dinner. I notice the young man Austin handle each customer with efficiency and courtesy. Unbelievable he and another gentleman were the only staff members. This kid was on the "to go" line doing takeout and walking clients . Wow I would have gone crazy mad! I wish I had read other reviews before ordering here!!! Please don’t make the same mistake as me! I have no interest in this review other than my seeping anger motivating me like crazy. I wasted our precious eating out experience on something that neither me nor the kids could eat, and thus tonight we are going hungry on our weekend out! The food was old and my daughter may have possibly gotten food poisoning from this place. I know that she’s sick after eating it. Coleslaw had slimy stuff in it
Overall, the service is non-existent. I hesitate to write public reviews, but in this case, it’s warranted. Over the past few weeks, I have had multiple deliveries assigned (via UberEats) and when I get to said restaurant the same man, every time, is at the front counter telling me how one or more of the items are “sold out” or “still being prepared.” I simply figured it was lack of preparation or intentional cost cutting by management.
