Normally they are good. Today I was told to pull forward, they gave my order to the wrong person, and when the manager came out he borderline threw my bag into my car, it was the wrong sandwich, and wrong side. Plus the sandwich looks like it was palmed by a fat hand. Unbelievable.
They did great job
Today's visit was special: the young man operating the counter extended a great courtesy to the customer (an older woman) in front of me. It was surprising, immediate, and genuine and I'm sure she will be a customer for life. It was heartwarming to see. The food was certainly KFC good today, too.
I would give them a zero star rating if I could! The cashier was rude and the service terrible! When they gave us our food they just shoved out the window no "have a nice day or anything" I can understand rushing of you're busy but there was 1 other car in the drive way. After shoving our food at us it took 30 seconds to get our $5 in change
