Ordered two three-piece centers today. Grilled chicken extremely dry...mash potatoes and gravy were cold. Biscuit was dry... I'm sure your product is timed and if it's over the time that it should be left in the holding, it should be thrown away. Well apparently y'all don't do that or don't get that memo. One of the worst KFC ever. 35minutes to get an order. Lask of communication with the kitchen. People were taking others orders. No co trol o the delivery ones. A real mess!!! No leadership from the manager. Table dirty . A shame for the Colonel!! Nugget dry cause over cooked. DO SOMETHING FOR THIS PLACE
Chicken tasted great, but skin is soggy, basically no crunch. Had to airfry them. Is it so hard to raise the oil temp? Or like let it cook for 3 more min, idc. I just want my FRIED chicken crispy 😩
What happened to the original size of the twister wrap? Combo cost $10 and you get a shrunken version of the twister wrap with the wrong sauce. Complete disappointment!
