I went in there with my bf and ordered the $20 build a bucket 8 pc chicken family meal which comes with the 8 peices of chicken 4 individual sides 4 biscuits and 2 drinks. We got up there and asked for Mac n cheese, fries, Cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy. When we got home and checked the order we had almost everything but the order was messed up there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes and missing chicken and did not get entirely the sauces that we asked for we called and complained but I would start checking you... read more
Extremely slow. Had no idea it took 20 mins to give my driver two large mashed potatoes.
Sent me a promotion and when I tried to use it, the Manager kept repeating "third party"...the promotion was sent to my email from KFC Corporation...what good are promotions if you won't honor them?...why send me a promotion if I have no where local to redeem it?....and when I used the help tab in the app, the customer support person said that the Ashland Rd. Mansfield,Ohio KFC WAS participating in the promotion....get your stories straight at least!!!...
