Absolutely pathetic service and total security failure. I was handed a bag by the staff and marked it as "received" in the app, only for a stranger to chase me down in the parking lot and snatch it back, claiming it was theirs. When I went back inside, it turned out the staff had handed me the wrong order and mine wasn't even ready yet. I think I had to wait for them to catch the chicken before cooking it? Wow! Also, like other comments said, past 7pm? Don't even bother! They are not going to make anything for you. Just close it down, stop wasting everyone's time.
