The chicken was great the coleslaw and biscuits
First time doing an order through the app. Went to the drive through and they said someone else was ahead of me so to pull back around it come inside. Made no sense to me. No one else was ahead or behind me at the drive through. So we went inside. Came home and all of our chicken is burnt and inedible. My son couldn’t eat his kids meal and the chicken in my bowl was burnt to a crisp and also inedible. I had to call and receive a refund. Never again will I go to this KFC.
