As almost all KFC in nj…poor service, poor quality food
Instead of focusing and communicating with customers mind you it’s 5pm there’s 2 people in person on line including myself they ignore us purposefully to be on FaceTime
Lunchtime Wednesday 8-27-2025. I visited KFC they had 3 employees and we stood at the register for 25 minutes. We were treated very rude by the Latino woman working the register. Never experienced anything like this at a restaurant. Horrible I'll never return...
This place is horrible, orders are ALWAYS wrong, the food itself has gone down hill , staff always running around like chicken with no heads. There are other places in the area that are better, I suggest going somewhere else.
