Dude they take forever and only syart to make online orders when you ask when its ready for food delivery drivers it is also hell bc they take too long and dont pack things correctly they need more staff but insist they are at full employe compacity

This place always understaffed, so you'llbe waiting just to have someone tp take your oder. Employees don't speak English so orders are mostly wrong especially if ordered via drive through.

I've given this location a few times to get it right since my grandma loves KFC it's a treat every once in awhile and we've been so disappointed each time the chicken is hot when you get your food but don't be fooled it's either not freshly cooked and has been sitting under the heat lamps for to long and it's now dried out or it tastes like the grease hasn't been changed since the early 2000's. I am not saying this location is always like this but it's more then a coincidence.

I have a serious bone to pick with this location, no pun intended. I have just received my last order from them as multiple orders, whether on delivery apps, or in-person, have been consistently POUR!!! Notoriously missing half my order, legit sending 0 sauces for an entire order, ridiculously small portion sizes, and unsatisfactory service when preparing orders. The receipt that gets printed on the bag... is anyone reading them and making sure orders are complete, or are they just sending what they feel like in each bag! NE... read more
