Ordered food and waited in the store for 50 minutes - while my wife and my baby were waiting in the car all this time. Ordered at 7.43 PM. reached store at 8.05 PM , got the food by 8.58 PM on August 16 2025. 2 guys and the lady working there were seeing my order every time, when they take the customer order inside the counter. Most annoying thing was at least 10 customers who ordered inside the counter received their food in about 10 to 15 minutes, but myself and another guy who was there for 45 minutes for the online order... read more
Very poor service. On average, it takes about 15minutes just to place an order, while the staff are “busy” in the back. Then, it’s another 35 minutes to actually get your food. This is the slowest “fast food” experience you can imagine—expect to wait 40–50 minutes here.
Worst service ever ! And the manager or person in charge, doesn’t even care. I bought a 12 piece combo with 3 sides. First of all, the chicken was disgusting, idk if it was burnt or if they refried it on burnt oil. It was extremely greasy, slimy on the inside and it wasn’t crispy at all! I saw the first 2 pieces dark, we ate it hoping that the other pieces were ok but they weren’t! We ate some and left some. Everything about this place is good the food is great but when there’s a long line it feels like forever just for someone to take your order they should hire more people at the cash register’s and in the back to make things quicker
