They are so slow. Even if you go by the drive thru they make you park and wait for the order. Same thing when you order online. The carriers have to wait for long periods. They are lucky this is the only kfc in the area.

Very bad service!! Besides the slow moving nonchalant staff there is no customer service skills or customer courtesy, no etiquette whatsoever. You can wait in lines for mines, even 15 minutes and nobody takes your order. If you ask someone to take your order they get extremely upset, even arguing with customers in front of other employees and customers waiting watching the whole situation unfold. They really need retraining or a big change.
