I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience at this KFC was so disappointing that I felt it was necessary to share. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by an employee from the back of the kitchen who loudly yelled that they do not accept cash and that I absolutely had to place my order using the self-service kiosk. Rude staff, Greasy chicken, cold potatoes and wrong side. One side, large potato wedge got 4 wedges and 10 fries. Experience absolutely disgusting. Will not return
I ordered a combo with two chicken breasts and a wing. When I got home and opened the box, I found they had given me chicken thighs instead; furthermore, the chicken was overcooked and burnt. I had to throw all that food away. I am very dissatisfied with this fast-food place.
Slowest service received my 6 piece tender and they were dry and hard to bite into , the biscuits were dry . Avoid this place it's trash I'll never eat or buy anything from here ever again.
