I Love KFC, but when I place a mobile order, and go inside to pick it up, I expect FRESH food. The gravy was hot and that was about it. The chicken strips wasn't fresh ( they were room temp. ) The only thing that was hot was the gravy. Well, here is the best part. One wasn't wearing any gloves and handling food and one had one glove on and of course on the wrong hand. We brought it to her attention and well...she was mad about it.
