Mediocre in every regard. Service was very slow (short staffed?), value for money was meh, food was warmed over and not crispy. Couldn't recommend.
Tuesday’s deal - $10/8 pieces. Staff may need additional training. I asked the clerk whether the original chicken was crispier than the spicy one, and she simply said she didn’t know. It would be helpful if the team were more familiar with the menu to better assist customers.
The extra crispy was so Spicy it burned my mouth and caused me to have trouble breathing, I could eat it. Maybe they have adjusted the spiciness for the local customers because I've been to KFC all over California and even Utah and have Never had this experience and I order the same thing wherever I go, half Original and half Extra Crispy. Also, the staff was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed to have to deal with people in the drive through, and to have to work. I just ordered a 4 piece crispy chicken. A minute later they called me for 8 pieces of chicken. I said that I only ordered 4 pieces for $12 and both KFC ladies insisted that is your order. I took the bag home and the fried chicken tasted so SALTY (double) and spicy. I guess this chicken could be a return from a previous customer. I'll never go back to this place.
