They always forget something, this time it was the biscuits. Every single time something is left out of the order. Verify your order before driving away
I had gone to KFC on 8/15 or 8/16 about 5pm, in addition to other things I'd ordered 2 apple pies. The obviously new trainee put 2 small mashed potatoes in my bag instead. I couldn't return (with receipts) til Tuesday 8/19, when I did the young man on register balked at returning my $'s, I explained everything to the woman in charge who also balked, but called a superior who told her to do the right thing. This is the last time I go to any KFC. How can they sell such horrible food, and even worse, why do people pay them to eat this junk? I ordered the chicken nuggets. They smelled and tasted bad. I do not recommend.
