KFV is an absolute scam. They took my money and never gave me my food, then lied to my bank saying I received it. When I asked them to check their cameras to prove what happened, they literally laughed at me instead of taking the situation seriously. It’s not even about the money it’s about the principle and how they treat customers. Their lack of honesty and accountability is unbelievable. I am writing this review immediately following the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. First, the simple failure: our order was completely messed up. I asked the cashier that do I need to complain to get serve . The cashier lady that wear glasses answers back to me . I'm the manager here and if you don't like it you may go . Also said I don't need your money and business . I think if you don't like your job you will never help customers properly. . I been a customer for years at this place at Whittier Blvd Commerce . This place sucks I paid 60 bucks for a lil bit of food and they only give you one side with your food straight rip off and the damn chicken ain't that good
