I waited 30 additional minutes for my food when it was saying it was ready on the app. I told the guy working the widow 05/29 at around 8:45pm that it was cold when he handed it to me. He claimed it was all just made. Got home and the only thing that was hot was the chicken sandwiches. Everything else was cold. $33.66 down the drain.

We got a family meal yesterday. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuits were great.... the chicken however, was TERRIBLE! I have never had chicken so soggy and half done in my life. We got the original recipe but the skin was just falling out because it was so soggy and half done. KFC you need to do better! Yall chicken is already expensive so when people buy it it should be right. My family and I were very disappointed. The only reason I didn't bring it back was because I wasn't feeling well. I like the renovation and the drive thru is very nice. You have to go at the right time for peak experience.

Entered the drive-thru at 11:45am. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Slowly, I eventually arrived at the speaker. I was told that a cup of water cost the same as a soda, "Water cost the same as a drink, do you just wan the drink?" Not everyone drinks soda! I opted for a bottle of water. Eventually I arrived at the payment window where I was told that they do not accept Amex. I paid with cash.
