We got a family meal yesterday. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuits were great.... the chicken however, was TERRIBLE! I have never had chicken so soggy and half done in my life. We got the original recipe but the skin was just falling out because it was so soggy and half done. KFC you need to do better! I like the renovation and the drive thru is very nice. You have to go at the right time for peak experience.
Entered the drive-thru at 11:45am. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Slowly, I eventually arrived at the speaker. I was told that a cup of water cost the same as a soda, "Water cost the same as a drink, do you just wan the drink?" Not everyone drinks soda! I opted for a bottle of water. Eventually I arrived at the payment window where I was told that they do not accept Amex. I paid with cash.
