I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC today. I requested eight roasted breast pieces (encuentro), which I've ordered before without any problem. However, the employee, who said he was the manager, told me they couldn't do that and that it had to be half-and-half with other parts of the chicken. I don't like wings or other cuts, I only like the breast pieces, and I've always been able to order them this way before.
